Kansas City Sailing - Sailboats for sale and sailing lessons

At Kansas City Sailing we sell new and used sailboats, parts,
supplies, clothing, and much more. We offer sail education
on small and large boats (locally, nationally, and
internationally), as well as coastal navigation classes. All of
our instructors are certified by the American Sailing
Association (ASA).

  Kansas City Sailing was founded by Bruce Liese in 1998.
Captain Liese holds a 50-ton United States Coast Guard
license, he's an Instructor Evaluator for the American Sailing
Association (ASA), and he's received the Outstanding
Instructor of the Year award from ASA for three years. He
began sailing on the east coast as a young boy and has never
lost his passion for sailing. For ten years Captain Liese has
trained hundreds of students and sailing instructors locally
and internationally.

  Beginner classes (small boat and keelboat) are taught in
Kansas (on Lake Perry) while more advanced classes are
taught mostly on the West Coast. Kansas City Sailing's
educational charters have taken students all over the world,
to such exotic places as Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, The Virgin
Islands, Bahamas, Mexico, Canada, and the Middle East.

  In addition to teaching students to sail, we sell new and
used sailboats. For the past two years we have been
Vanguard Sailboat dealers and we are especially proud to
announce that we have recently become a Hunter Sailboat
Dealer, specializing in their trailerable vessels.

  We also sell parts and supplies for your keelboat. We stock
sail hardware (blocks, shackles, etc.), rope, stainless steel
wire (for standing rigging & lifelines), safety and navigation
equipment, racing aids, repair materials, clothing, and more.
